Tuffbag started in 1980 to help a railroader in the family stay organized even on the move. A generation later, we continue to build our bags to be durable, long lasting, and give some organization for railroad workers.

Durable- Our fabric is 1000 Denier Nylon Cordura, which is super Durable. We also have Durable Zippers, Metal Pieces, and Nylon Webbing Material, all chosen because of their strength and durability. All our bags are triple stitched for even more strength.
Water resistant- it has a water resistant coating so its great even in the rain, snow or whatever other weather.
Tax Deductible- If you use your bag for work on the railroad or other industry, you can add these as a work expense.
Machine Washable- Empty them out, throw them in, and walk away. No need to waste your time handwashing. We know you are on the move. Don’t be afraid to get a little mud on them.
Made in the USA- Utah specifically #CrossroadsOfTheWest. That means it won’t get stuck on any boats for months, and your money is going to American families just like yours.

Cinch strap tie down- need one more thing added at the last minute? Our Deluxe and Original Bags have an extra strap on top to tie down a coat or pillow on top without opening everything up.
Handle wrap- Keep your top handles together for easier handling and to give you a bit more comfort. Comes included with Tuffpack, and Deluxe and Original Bags.
Adjustable padded shoulder strap- padded to distribute the weight of whatever is in your bag. Adjustable for the same reason, your comfort.
End Pocket Inserts- easily removable insert adds cushion to the end pockets (comes free with all deluxe bags and Tuffpacks) to protect a lantern, radio, shoes or maybe just a big water bottle. It protects your stuff and helps the bag stay in shape, so it lasts even longer.
Double layered center compartments- The bottom of the bag is going to go through the most so we’ve double layered to make them last even longer.
A lifetime warranty- checkout our warranty and repairs page for details, but our bags can go through quite a lot. If it needs repaired, let us know. We’ll do what we can.
